Dennis Quaid's 3rd wife files for divorce in Texas

The third wife of actor Dennis Quaid filed for divorce, saying the couple's seven-year marriage "has become unbearable because of discord or conflict of personalities."

Kimberly Buffington Quaid filed a petition Travis County, Texas, use the initials "BK" Quaid and identifies the "WD" Quaid's middle name of William, and two titles in the temporary orders issued as part of the listed cases, the same as for residential property in Austin Buffington Quaid.

There are hints of two children born in 2007, when a pair of twins Thomas and Zoe were born. The papers were submitted on March 2 Word of whom TMZ first reported on Friday.

Lisa and Cara Tripicchio Kasteler of WKT Public Relations issued a statement on behalf of Quaid said, "We can confirm that Kimberly Quaid has filed for divorce."

"Contrary to what has been reported, the settlement is being worked out satisfactorily for both parties," the statement, adding that there will be more information "on this private matter."

Court documents show Buffington Quaid seeking spousal support and attorney's fees. It is said that he believes the couple into a written agreement which provides for "possession, access, and support of" the twins.

According to the temporary order is accepted by both sides of the twins on March 2, Buffington Quaid will be allowed to use an Austin home and a Mercedes, while Quaid will be left with local residence of a Cadillac Escalade. The couple had to share a Range Rover is in possession of Buffington Quaid.

Buffington, Quaid was a real estate agent in Austin, where he met Quaid.

The 57-year Quaid is a Houston native. He married actress PJ Soles in November 1978 and the couple divorced in 1983. He married another actress, Meg Ryan, in 1991, before they divorced in 2001.
