Ryan Leaf was arrested in Great Falls just after midnight on Monday to a charge of burglary, one count of theft, two counts of felony criminal posessionof dangerous drugs, and was made in trial violation.

Court documents state that Sunday incident occurred at a secret address believed to be near Bootlegger Trail.
The documents say that a man suitable Leaf's description was found in the home and his black Dodge pickup was in the driveway.
If the homeowners their house and took Leaf, she wondered why he was there, and he told them he was at the wrong address and then left.
The owners later discovered they were missing three different prescription drugs and called authorities.
The complainants took Leaf's photo from a lineup and described his clothing.
He was still wearing the clothing described when confronted by the authorities.
Leaf is currently being held without bond for 72 hours on a probation violation from a previous drug and burglary case in Texas.
Sergeant Hickman said: "In my opinion, it is an individual screaming for help. I think there is such a terrible addiction problem with him, that he was not thinking clearly and unfortunately he put himself in danger by entering homes of which he is not welcome. "
Dawn Handa, the administrator of the Region 3 Probation & Parole Office, said: "Our interstate facility in Helena has had some communication with Texas. At this point they consider whether or not to start a petition to be presented in to draw on their own without being a suspect offense report, which is also a possibility to complete. "
While searching Leaf home on Sunday, police found pills, but do not believe they are the ones that are missing in the homeowners.
Leaf is also a suspect in other drugs theft cases in Cascade County.
Hickman said he believes that the house on Sunday was arbitrary and believes that Leaf can also target other houses in the area.
He said officials obtained Leaf's GPS information, and that the first information indicates that Leaf was Vaughn and Bootlegger area 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. When officers spoke with the family members of Leaf, they say they leaf
throughout the day, but can not say where he was 2:30 to 4:30.
The authorities ask that people in the general vicinity of Bootlegger Trail and Vaughn their houses and cars to determine check for valuables - especially prescribed painkillers - is missing, and to such similar thefts reported to the Great Falls Police Department at 771 -1180.
Leaf's lawyer declined to comment on the details in the case, but called it a sad, sad reflection of what a Leaf's addiction.
