Former Cincinnati Bengals cheerleading team member Sarah Jones was indicted in northern Kentucky jury and the first large degree sexual abuse involves a student when she was a teacher at Dixie Heights High School.
According to the Kentucky Enquirer, Kenton County jury convicted Jones, 26, on charges of sexual abuse. She was also indicted on charges of unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual acts. These charges are felonies which are each punishable by up to five years in prison.
Her mother, Cheryl Jones, director of Twenhofel Middle School in Independence, was also indicted on charges of manipulation of the physical evidence in the case of her daughter. It was placed on administrative leave. Sarah Jones resigned from Dixie Heights High School in November.
