Will Smith slaps journalist who tries to kiss him

Hollywood star Will Smith slapped a male television reporter said he tried to kiss him on the lips as he walked down the red carpet for the Moscow premiere of "Men in Black III."

The journalist of Ukrainian television station a first Vitalija Sediuk and made headlines in the Venice Film Festival in september when he presented a bouquet of apparently not unappreciated purple hydrangeas for Madonna, calling her "My Princess."

Smith was even less impressed by a reporter who approached him on the carpet outside the cinema on Friday night and tried to kiss him.

"C'mon man, what the hell is the problem your friend?" Smith said as he pushed Serdiuk away and slapped him lightly across the cheek with the back of his left hand.

"He's lucky I did not sucker punch him," Smith told the crowd of journalists and fans. "Oh, I said to the camera. It's all good."

He said Serdiuk kissed him on the mouth, but it was not clear whether the reporter meant to do it or was aiming for his cheek Smith swiveled to avoid it.

Madonna rebuffed Sediuk rather ungraciously in Venice, said. "I have become a way totally hydrangeas," she stashed the flowers under the table before the press conference.

She later did a short silent clip called "Madonna's love letter to the hydrangeas." The video begins with a sarcastic apology and ends with text that reads "I left with the feeling that I still hate hydrangeas."
