People's Choice Awards 2012: Katy Perry Wins Big

People say, and say, Katy Perry is the winner! Despite the cancellation of his scheduled appearance, she received most awards Awards 38th People's Choice Award on Wednesday night.

The singer's ex-husband, Russell Brand who filed for divorce in December, won five awards: favorite artist featured women's tour, Song of the Year "ET" (with Kanye West), the music video for "Last Friday night," and TV guest-star in How I Met Your Mother.

Following the announcement that she was not able to attend the show earlier this week, Perry thanked her supporters on Twitter, to support their most trusted people, "I want to thank everyone in the voting for me, fingers crossed!"

The last part of the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 is also a big winner, winning four awards for favorite movie, action film adaptation of the book and film together, but as Perry, Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and the rest of the distribution of the magical saga was not present to accept the award.

Emma Stone, however, was on hand to receive his two trophies for favorite movie actress and favorite comic actress.

"I moved to Los Angeles eight years ago this week with my mother, who was just there," Stone said in his speech. "It's so crazy to be standing here right now. It's hard to describe."

The organizers of The Big Bang Theory Kaley Kwok stars, CPA is also revered as artists Favourite TV comedy actor Neil Patrick Harris, TV comedy actress Lea Michele, talk show host Ellen DeZheneres, Demi Lovato pop artist, and that beloved film actor Johnny Depp.
